Emergency due-date extension for flooding areas in Illinois
We recognize that customers in areas affected by flooding may need additional time to submit policy payments. To provide some relief, we are extending the current billing period due date for these policyholders. This will provide customers with additional time to submit policy payments on your Farmers®, Bristol West, Foremost, Farmers Life, Auto, Fire, Personal Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation and Commercial policies.

In the selected counties mentioned below, we will extend the balance-due payment deadline of any bill due between June 10 and June 30, for 60 days from the original due date of the bill. For Life policies whose grace period will expire between June 10 and June 30, the grace period will be extended 60 days.

To be eligible for this balance-due date extension, you must reside in Adams, Calhoun, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Hancock, Henderson, Jasper, Jersey, Knox, Lake, Lawrence, Madison, Mercer, Monroe, Pike, Randolph, Rock Island, St. Clair, Whiteside and Winnebago counties.

If you have an issue or a dispute you can contact Illinois Division of Insurance toll free number at 1-866-445-5364, or file the dispute online at: http://www.idfpr.com/doi/Complaints/Complaints.asp.

We’ll review and update this list frequently.
