Farmers and Foremost Hit the Ground Running with New Incentive Program
(Grand Rapids, MI) Who would have thought that a campaign like “Drive for 55” would have attracted the interest of so many independent agencies? However, if you knew that Drive for 55 was really an incentive program giving Farmers and Foremost agencies the opportunity to win $55,000 or one of the numerous monthly prizes – and not a campaign to reduce speed limits on highways – it's not hard to understand the excitement.

Unfortunately, the 2007 Drive for 55 campaign has already come and gone. However, the good news for independent agencies that participated in last year's campaign as well as those that may have missed out, is that Foremost Insurance and Farmers are pleased to announce the launch of a new incentive program - “Book for 25” on March 1st, 2008.

As with the Drive for 55 campaign, agents wanting to participate must simply register online and the system will begin to log all new business policies sold. Each qualifying new business policy they sell gets them closer to six monthly prizes of $250 and an entry into the five Grand Prizes of $5,000 each.

Eligible programs include Farmers auto, home and umbrella policies and Foremost manufactured home;specialty homeowner, including seasonal, vacant and rentals; motor home; travel trailer; motorcycle; off-road vehicle; snowmobile; personal watercraft and boat policies.

Agents can enter new business policies in any of these programs at anytime during the contest.

“Our Drive for 55 incentive was so well-received by agents, we're back again with Book for 25 to reward our agents for new business,” says Arron Lamp, Vice President, Independent Agent Market Management. “We've made several enhancements to our product line and we're eager for agents to take advantage of how easy it is to do business with us. From easier quoting and billing to the new DistinctChoiceSM Auto program, agents have many opportunities to book new business and win,” says Lamp.
